Carli Israelson, MA PLMHP

“The beautiful thing about being alive is that we have the chance to exist together—to really live, and help one and other find wellbeing. If we can do this while living authentically, being true to who we are as individuals, we have an incredible opportunity to experience joy and wellness in the present.  I like to compare this to untying a ribbon when opening a gift…the contents inside are really no different than each one of us—incredible packages full of unique genetics, and life experiences. It’s about coming together to help one and other discover what has always been inside.”

She gave birth to her son, Jax Forrest on December 11, 2012.

Carli resides in rural Saline County where she finds peace in spending time on the farm and taking in the flatland sunsets. In addition to being a ‘gravel road gal’ Carli finds joy in friendship and connecting with others.  Other spare time finds her belting out a good tune, writing poetry, and lingering over a glass of red.  She is an advocate for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation having past connections to CF both professionally and personally.

Her chiropractic story:

“I was blessed to have received wonderful Chiropractic care while in college, but it wasn’t until meeting Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Alex that I fully understood my body’s response to Chiropractic. Healthy Start had an incredible impact on my physical wellness and my outlook. Our practice introduced me to a community of others who were transparent and motivated to help me experience the best pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience possible. While pregnancy at times can be a season of stress and discomfort, I actually felt the healthiest I had in years. In fact, this time in my life was so transformative, it overflowed into every other aspect of my wellness long after, both physically and mentally. I discovered my body’s innate abilities…I was reminded that my faith was instrumental in living well and helping others to do the same…and I was fueled to further develop my life’s mission.  Ultimately, the core of it all is about locking arms with others…doing life together and getting back to a place where we can fully experience our existence as we were created to.”
