Stability classes- Our stability classes are designed to progress from the mobilization to protection phase of fitness. Instruction in correct movement pattern and a foundation of basic power and resiliency are developed.
Strength & Conditioning classes-The combination of functional movements, weight training, TRX suspension training and conditioning in our strength & conditioning classes will build resiliency and enhance muscle mass.
