Our fitness studio is a boutique style, functional fitness studio located within our office. We are unique in that we offer specific guidance and care for every body type and ability, especially those looking to start or restart their health journey. Class sizes are small and our team is committed to helping individuals overcome their challenges and achieve their fitness goals through yoga and TRX classes,  small group strength & conditioning, and individualized personal training.

Our studio fitness classes are designed with the individual in mind.  They are categorized by which area of fitness you will target most in each class.  


Mobility and Stretching classes- These classes  are for everyone!  We all need consistent mobility work  These classes will target flexibility and improvement in joint motion.


Stability classes- Our stability classes are designed to progress from the mobilization to protection phase of fitness. Instruction in correct movement pattern and a foundation of basic power and resiliency are developed.


Strength & Conditioning classes-The combination of functional movements, weight training, TRX suspension training and conditioning in our strength & conditioning classes will build resiliency and enhance muscle mass. Whether you're aiming to boost athletic performance or build a stronger body to overcome life's challenges, his class is for you!

We can help. Our health plans offer personalized support, including one-on-one movement instruction, mindfulness practices, guidance on healthy eating and nutritional cleansing, plus a supportive community to keep you motivated.

Looking to enhance performance or have specific fitness goals?

We now offer small group strength & conditioning classes for individuals looking to continue their progress beyond group fitness. Our strength & conditioning is a small group setting and allows for more individualization than group fitness.
